City of Dreams Mediterranean is the Cyprus’ first integrated resort, the only one of its kind in Europe, which is expected to be the largest and premier integrated destination resort in Europe. A world class development, a landmark for Cyprus but also for the wider region, the integrated resort enriches Cyprus’ tourism product, attracts an additional 300,000 tourists annually and contributes significantly to combating seasonality. The Company is currently operating a temporary casino in Limassol, the first authorized casino in the Republic of Cyprus, and four satellite casinos (“Cyprus Casinos”) in Nicosia, Larnaca, Ayia Napa and Paphos. Upon the opening of City of Dreams Mediterranean, the Company will also continue to operate the satellite casinos while operation of the temporary casino will cease.
Our resort, at Zakaki, Western Limassol, has direct access to the main highway network through an existing four lane road. The location is only 40 minutes from Larnaca airport, 30 minutes from Paphos airport, 5 minutes from the largest marina in Cyprus (the Limassol Marina), and 5 minutes from the Limassol port (Cruise Tourism). The accessibility of our site minimizes unwanted traffic congestion.
